I’m out of town visiting family and hit a pole on my 2018 jeep grand Cherokee.. my bumper was hanging and damaged ..I called the Taylor jeep dealership, they told me to stop by .. they sent me to the body shop next door and TOMMY got me in .. stopped what he was doing, got his mans to screw my bumper on and pulled the dent out and wouldn’t take my money or TIP .. OUTSTANDING SERVICE .. THANK YOU GUYS SO MUCH!!!! they are the best . Come see them for ANYTHING.
The parts department was excellent to work with. The staff was knowledgeable, professional, and helped me find exactly what I needed quickly and efficiently. They answered all my questions, kept me updated, and made the whole experience easy from start to finish. Great customer service and a very friendly team — definitely one of the best parts departments I’ve dealt with. Highly recommend!
