Had a great experience buying a truck. Very simple and quick. I bought my jeep through them about 3 years ago and recently traded in for a ram. Never had any problems with their vehicles and if anything were to come up I know their helpful staff would be right there to assist. Tyler helped me get the truck with everything I wanted and more, all for an even better price than I imagined.
If you are looking for the most disappointing, drawn out total crap show of an experience purchasing a vehicle then look no further than Auburn Auto Group -Fox Dealerships. Rushed us in for financing two days after test driving a filthy mini van that they joked wouldn’t have even passed safety inspection due to a broken seat belt. If it were up to me I would not give this dealership even ONE star. This was by far the worst experience I have ever had buying a vehicle. Customer service - Customer service for this place is typical. Friendly salesman when you walk through the door, right up your butt the second you walk in. Grabbing keys to show you any vehicle they might able to sell you that day. We were there to BROWSE.
