Jayson taught us about the inner workings of fireplaces. He explained until I understood (he was very patient). He was clear about what would work and what wouldn’t with explanations which made me feel confident in our decisions. He spoke of alternatives which I appreciated. Truly appreciated the honesty and realistic assessment. I would happily recommend. Will update when the work is done with chapter two.

Jakob and Preston did a great job servicing my wood burning stove. They kept me informed about each step of the process and let me know when they saw good signs, as well as things to keep an eye on. They went above and beyond to reattach the gasket rope to the stove door when they noticed it was loose.
