Jayson at Fox arrived when expected and did a great job diagnosing, repairing, and cleaning our gas fireplace, which was no longer lighting. Fox was great at communicating when they’d be here and answering questions. I’ll certainly call them again!
Very easy to schedule - Rhonda was very helpful answering all of my questions! I had a difficult time getting quotes from other companies, but Fox came out right away. Had our very rusty chase cover replaced. Highly recommend!
Extremely satisfied with Fox Chimney Services throughout the entire process of upgrading our two fireplaces to gas and redoing the hearth and surround on one of them.
