They won’t see children in active domestic violence cases. Nor will any place I have found. So the children struggling the most that need it the most are not able to receive care here.

As a parent, it's challenging to find the right support for a child who struggles with trust, which is why our experience with FFox Child and Family Therapy, specifically with therapist Kaitlyn Holman, has been so disappointing. Our child, began therapy in November 2023, with the clear understanding that we required consistent care until our family's relocation in June 2024. Therapist is highly competent and is able to see past behaviors to the deeper feelings of my child. She has been an advocate for helping us understand him and how we parent him.

My child is in current need of therapy and this agency refused to help. She has commercial & Medicaid insurance separate policy’s which are not tied together as well as EAP services through my employer. I offered both insurance details and was told that she could not be seen as a client because it had to be either the commercial or Medicaid being billed but not both.
