Worked with Tony in service, who was awesome with giving updates throughout the repair process. The car was there for over a week before it was seen by the tech (limited techs who specialize in the issue at hand), but Tony did a great job regularly updating us and offering to help get us a loaner until the repair was done. Despite it taking over a week longer to get to than expected, Tony did everything he could to help us get thru the time the car was in the shop.
10 out of 5 stars! Chris and his service team went well out of their way to make sure we had our car serviced, in an almost unimaginable amount of time. I can't guarantee their turnaround time, even though ours was less than 24hrs for a major repair (my mind is still blown by how quickly they turned our Tahoe around, also their quick repair was the only reason we were able to visit our family and friends this weekend), but I can guarantee they'll get you serviced quickly, very professionally and do it for a reasonable price.... read more
