Fox chase north is one of the worst living experiences I’ve had. The entire process from moving in to getting settled and moving out had issues. Megan in the front office was the worst to work with often telling us she could not do anything about our situations which essentially let us know she wasn’t able to do her own job. Fox Chase North is a beautiful, well-maintained community with welcoming atmosphere. The property is clean, quiet, and it's clear the staff takes pride in keeping everything running smoothly. Sarah, Kira & Megan Are attentive and always willing to help. The entire team works together to create a positive experience, and it really shows. I would recommend Fox Chase North to anyone looking for a great place to live!!!!
Great staff and easy to work with even if you don't ultimately live here, they will make it a good experience while you consider it. But honestly the place is great considering the community you live in the amenities available etc. They are also forward thinking and working on continuous improvement. Wifi included!:)))". I rarely leave negative reviews, but future renters should be aware of my experience. Two days before my scheduled move-in, I was informed that my assigned unit would not be ready and that I would need to move into a different unit because work on the apartment had not been completed. After moving out, I was charged over $1,100, including a carpet replacement charge.
