Do not rent anything from this place! Management doesn’t care. Your concerns are not theirs! They have buried everyone of our cars in! They want rent but we can’t get out of our parking spots. No shoveled entry ways no salt! I called to complain but yet again nothing! Another day I can’t work! This is just example of their negligence! I have lived here for 11 years. Yesterday and today we had a level 2 snow emergency. I'm an essential worker. The parking lots and sidewalks were not plowed. I couldn't make it to work. If there would have been an emergency, the ambulance wouldn't be able to give care. I'm recovering from foot surgery. The last thing I need is a set back from a fall. The Renovations were done but Sloppy..We were Told by Two diff ContractorsThat they would paint the Bathrooms n kitchen..The manager later said "No they meant only where they messed up! So I repainted one bathroom and it peeled in one section near the door. Also we were supposed to get new stoves! My stove is literally falling apart. Still no new stove!! The Company that did the Reno's were sloppy and inconsistant..So been making some repairs myself and Painting..Been here over 8 yrs But guess it's the way it is in every Apa... read more
Friendly, helpful staff. Great amenities! Lots of cabinets and storage! Nice neighborhood. Family and pet friendly. Convenient location just minutes from anything you might need. I love living here!
