Great staff and easy to work with even if you don't ultimately live here, they will make it a good experience while you consider it. But honestly the place is great considering the community you live in the amenities available etc. They are also forward thinking and working on continuous improvement. Wifi included!:)))". I rarely leave negative reviews, but future renters should be aware of my experience. Two days before my scheduled move-in, I was informed that my assigned unit would not be ready and that I would need to move into a different unit because work on the apartment had not been completed. After moving out, I was charged over $1,100, including a carpet replacement charge. Rent is far too high for the level of service being provided. Most of the time, all you see is maintenance driving around smoking cigarettes or applying temporary fixes that fail a week later, resulting in yet another work order. Problems are rarely addressed correctly the first time, and the overall quality of maintenance has steadily declined.
