I surely wish I had received the customer service that most people bragged on. I went in with a small Emerson fan motor "Stator" removed from case and in hand, wanting some quick/dirty expertise assistance in determining which way to go with my project. Unfortunately, I felt like I was being treated like my motor wasn't big enough for his help. Sorry, that's just the impression I received. A little time , talk and knowledge sharing would've gone a long ways to help me. Instead, just labor rate of $70./hr. plus price goes up ... read more
