330... Wednesday after noon. Out of first three items we wanted! 4 diners... four different meals. Ribs were alright, good, definitely not completion worthy. Brisket looked like roast beef ( and where in the world is even the slightest smoke ring?) Brisket sandwich ... alright. BURNT ENDS.... horrible !!
