Recommendedloved it!!! brisket and rib combo. brisket was fork tender and delicious, but those ribs.. perfecctly season and smoked low and slow clearly with a lot of water pans. they were as moist as i have ever had. 5 stars. i am in vegas several times a year for work and i always try to find something new hoever i will be back here anytime i want bbq!!!
