Fox and Associates provided us excellent service. Although we were a onetime client building our mountain house they made us feel like we were their highest priority. Their surveyors were not hampered by difficult terrain. Their plans and ability to negotiate the best possible site layout with Frederick County really made our dream come true. "I had a very poor experience with Fox and Associate regarding a time-sensitive land contract. It took nearly three weeks of reaching out just to get an initial response. When we finally had a scheduled call, the engineer was 25 minutes late and promised a follow-up the next day. Twelve days have passed since that promise, and despite my multiple follow-up emails and voicemails, I have been met with total silence. As a resident having to deal with them driving around the community, they're trash. Inconsiderate, and reckless drivers who speed through our neighborhood.
