Let me start with how inconvenient this staff can be …Texting me on a Sunday for insurance verification at 9:26 pm ! How rude they came on and just brushed my mother off by asking me to reschedule I think this provider needs to get organized and train his staff.
An amazing experience with Dr.Fox got my gallbladder removed with him and from start to finish was great, his detailed explanation helped make me feel comfortable , it’s scary to get surgery but he made sure to make me feel okay , wish there was more doctors like him out there
I’ve been calling this office for a month asking for a copy of my medical records and images to be reviewed by another doctor. They keep promising me to send it by fax or email and we have not received it. Very disappointing and unprofessional. They Dont even return my phone calls.
