My car failed while travelling and I needed emergency repairs. Fox Hyundai was able to fit me in on short notice and complete the work quickly and efficiently. If I didn't live five hundred miles away I would bring my automobile to them for all my needed repairs.
I had a terrific experience at Fox Ann Arbor Hyundai thanks to my salesperson, Marius Page. I'm a first-time car owner and was hesitant about car shopping, but Marius made it easy. He was flexible, found a car in my budget, and clearly laid out all the numbers. I never felt rushed and appreciated the time he gave me to make a decision. It was a great, no-pressure experience, and I was able to get my first car, a Hyundai Sonata! Highly recommend coming here!
Marius is friendly and has a true customer service focus, and was a pleasure to work with and buy from. He took the time to understand what I was looking for, answered all my questions both at the dealership and via text, and was an awesome guide during the test drive. He and Umer made the purchase process easy, and I never felt pressured. And before driving off, he took the time to help me get the new car set up to my liking. Highly recommend.
I used Fox Ann Arbor Hyundai for my 2022 Tucson. Unfortunately, this place is impossible to get on the phone. If you want to buy a car, the sales people will pick up. But you better not have a question for the people in service - they DO NOT answer the phone, EVER. I tried calling, texting, leaving VMs. I even called the sales department to see if they would get someone from service on the phone.
