Our experience unfortunately was awful. I am a first time buyer and this was my first experience with an estate agency. I phoned and booked to view a property today at 9:30. We travelled from Winchester to see the property, no one from the estate agency arrived. We called the branch three times, no answer. We checked on Rightmove to then see the that property was sold. No one from the agency contacted me to cancel the appointment. A wasted journey.
Joe Sanger was so helpful to us during our purchase. It took 8 stressful months of not knowing what was happening. Joe always answered our calls, phoned us with constant updates and gave us positivity when at times we could not see the move happening. Fox and Sons are fortunate to have someone so dedicated. They have kept me posted on properties in Amesbury but I still haven't sold my cottage in the heart of the New Forest. I may move back to Venus instead.
