Installed new unit as part of Home warranty, did a botch install. 1.) Copper wire on red wire exposed, melting other wire 2.) Additional wire with scorch marks found 3.) Did reduction on copper tube which resulted in Freon leak (are they trying to get future service calls?) Brand new unit, would have been toast had the errors not been caught. Garbage install, stay away.

They have been straight with me the whole time. Had a couple of bad apples in the past but dude Jake was honest, professional, and jobbing hard. I have no complaints other than they aren't the best at answering the phone.

We were freezing for 24 hours until he got there and it didn't take no time for him to fix it and we were back in business thank you John

I tried furnace after being installed this summer, it didn't kick on, had to make service call. It would be good choice to check furnace make sure its functioning after installation Foxair Inc!!
