Had an urgent request for service on Father's day - Water heater unit started leaking hot water out of the pressure relief valve. Water all around the unit and the furnace. Called the on call FoxAir tech - Dan. He responded promptly and was able to resolve the issue in an expedient manner. Very courteous - explaining the work that had to be done. They were always very clear on what they were going to do, why it was important and how they were going to do it.
