Jason spent hours trying to resolve a problem in the thermostat software. He was patient and persistent and very easy to have around. And he resolved the problem! This has been my experience with every person I've worked with from Fox Air. I can't recommend them highly enough
Carmine was kind, respectful, and helpful in easily explaining the situation and how to deal with the various levels of icons on our thermostat.
Ryan and the crew came to work on replacing our heat pumps,4 were done in total between me and my parents house.They were timely,friendly and made sure the job was done right! We wouldn’t trust anyone else for our future needs. Highly recommended.
