The service department is always kind and friendly. They are very knowledgeable and they go out of there way to help.
I had always got best service from Fox Acura. Thanks to Smily and Josh
The service department does an amazing job of making everyone feel welcome and important. We purchased a 2012 MDX used from the dealership in ~2016 and have continued to have them service it. Smiley and Josh are service advisors I have dealt with over the years, and both are personable and great. The spacious waiting area offers a chance to work or relax while you wait.
People are personable/good service. The popcorn is really good, too.
