I want to thank Fox Acura Service for NOT doing my oil change. Either you have an appointment system or you are able to give a reasonable time to return for an oil change, but it isn't reasonable to ask a customer to wait around 3 or 4 hours when you might get around to it. I booked an oil change at a competitor instead. Previously, when my Acura needed repair, Fox Acura Service let me know that I'd need to wait six weeks. I brought my car in to get the suspension fixed and they said they fixed it and it does the exact same thing. The alignment is still off and they want to charge to even look at it. I would not recommend this place. I had to jump through hoops to get it covered under warranty as well(which i had an extended warranty). A local mechanic will be better suited for your needs.
The guys are efficient, knowledgeable and don't BS me...both everything I want in a service center and an unfortunately rare experience in my life. 10 out of 10 recommend
Couldn’t get my car in for repair until the end of September, disappointing.
As a fellow service advisor from a different dealership I can say I'm impressed. Thank you Smiley for your help on random odds and ends. Great communication and great timing on wait for my recall. I will definitely be back for recommended services that can't be completed at the dealer I work at. Prices are reasonable and are truly competitive
