They can't even follow the business hours they chose. I work until 4pm Monday through Friday, and I need a thrust washer made for my bike as the dealership told me I might maybe get it in a month. A simple washer, and on both Friday and today I was there at 4:10 pm and the doors were locked. Nobody around. That's professionalism at it's finest no wonder the world is going to hell in a hand basket.
The staff is definitely amazing but the quality of work is the key factor in this business. I am a industrial maintenance manager and I take all of my project's to them. Keep up the great work guys.
