Bought my car brand new from this location. I took my 2022 Atlas Cross sport in for an oil change. Two weeks later my oil level alerted critically low. The technician failed to put a gasket on the lid and my oil leaked out. The dealership had my car for two weeks. I picked it up and my car is still leaking oil and oil level is still low. The car is blowing white smoke. It has low miles, serviced regularly, and no issues until I my oil was changed here.
Clean space
My wife has a Volkswagen and has always had it serviced here and they always take care it and they are professional and quick. I'm impressed.
Service dept had been great, but will be finding another shop. Can't trust people in financing to tell the truth or call you back
