I’ve witnessed, on multiple occasions, how many of their employees just don’t care. I dread bringing my VW Atlas here to be fixed but it’s the closest VW option. I made an appointment online and brought my atlas in Friday - I noted why I was bringing my vehicle in. When I arrived, the gentleman told me they wouldn't be able to service my car today (I drove 45 minutes to the appointment). I went to this location this afternoon with the plan to have a couple of issues to diagnose. As it turned out, I didn't need to do anything except adjust some settings on my display board. This gentleman named Kelvin was super friendly as well as professional, who explained what I needed to do to solve my problems. I liked the honesty of the staff of this particular location who literally saved me unnecessary spendings. I'll definitely take their service for my next car issues. A genuine 5 star for them!
Bought my car brand new from this location. I took my 2022 Atlas Cross sport in for an oil change. Two weeks later my oil level alerted critically low. The technician failed to put a gasket on the lid and my oil leaked out. The dealership had my car for two weeks. I picked it up and my car is still leaking oil and oil level is still low. The car is blowing white smoke. It has low miles, serviced regularly, and no issues until I my oil was changed here.
