I hate car shopping with a passion. First you start with a "vulture" seeking you out, the minute you pull onto a lot. GIVE ME TIME TO BREATHE!! LET ME LOOK!! And they did just that. Once we had a salesman, he helped us find the vehicle we were looking for. Found it, took some time and made the best deal for us at this time. I would definitely recommend this place! I will definitely come back again.....when I am car shopping again!
I dont have experience with the sales department but I will NEVER use this dealership because of my experience with the service department. I dropped off my Tacoma at 3:59 p.m. I was told they would call me and let me know when they are done, or if they figure out anything else. They played me with the oldest bait-and-switch in the sales book! They talked me into paying more for a 2008 car I didn't want, and promised me this "great deal" if I took the one on the lot. It wasn't until they delivered the car that I found out I had paid sticker price! The car is awful for what I needed, and it stalled on me 5 times yesterday! If you deal with these people, go loaded for bear, or go to a different dealership!
The best decision I ever made! These guys really care about serving the customer. Honest, helpful people in every department.
