I called to schedule a recall. The woman said I needed to come in for an inspection to see if parts were needed ordered. I went in and they just TOLD me they needed to order parts and would call me when they arrived. So I hadn't NEED to come in for that. When I went in for scheduled appt the second time, they told me the system was down. They were very busy so I suspected it was bs but who knows. Service department is top notch. Advisors always courteous. Cafe, TVs, gift shop, free WiFi give you things to do while you wait.
This place tried to take advantage of my boyfriend, and maybe has before. He went in recently to have a tire patched because of a screw. They took his truck to the back for an hour before coming out and saying, “It’s too far out,” and tried to sell him a brand-new tire instead. I had him send me a picture. Now, I’m no mechanic, but it doesn’t take one to recognize that this screw is not too far out.
