Fast, Friendly, Knowledgably, & Reasonable. I called and spoke with Tim Fowler at 5:30pm to explain our AC wasn't cooling properly & my wife isn't happy. I was hoping they could fit us in the next day. One hour later Tim is at my home, diagnosis the problem, has the replacement part on his truck and by 7:30pm we have cool air blowing and my wife is happy!
