Clean out my septic in a timely, professional manner.
I had a sewer line installed from the house to the street. At the time they seemed very perfessional about the whole job. 2 days later as I was doing work in the basement I found that the sewer was backing up into the basement. I have tried several times to contact them and they are not answering thier phones. I have left several messages and they are not returning our phone calls.
