Before the pandemic it was a decent medical office. Not anymore. Avoid them as every word from their mouths is a lie. The lost my records and my wife’s twice, they can’t even fill a prescription when given the exact medicine, quantity, and dose. And they keep billing for services not rendered and money not owed. It’s degraded to fraud and incompetence.
After moving from Washington to Arizona with an injury I had to find offices that took cases from Washington. This was the first office and the first visit she just reads a few pieces of paper (and my file is larger than a reem of paper) tells me to squat down and has my case closed. Really hurt my financial just because she did not want to do an actual exam. I don't feel she cares about her patients and do not recommend this office.
Differently not happy with their medical service. No reply from 3 different voice mails. Went in...told me to go to ER or emergency care if I felt sick!!
Have always had a great experience with Fowler and her staff. She is very thorough and digs deep to rule out things instead of just brushing things off like a lot of offices here in Kingman do. Plus you can get appts very quickly. Would give a 10 star rating if I could! Thank you Sycamore Medical
