He is an awesome dr the best doctor I ever had in my life. I was born with something wrong and he saved my life I owe him alot thank u isnt enough for what he did for me. The hospital did tests on when I was born to find out and it would take three wks for the results. So my mom decided to call Dr. Fowler and get his opinion on it.
