Dr Fowler was seasoned and straightforward. I'd go to him in a minute .
He listens & answers question(to me as a patient) to the best of his medical expertise. He explains tests results in a way easy to understand. He is not rushing (not like other doctors ). You can feel Dr. James Fowler’s concern to his patient, that you are in his clinic ( at Ear Institute of Texas ) being attend & served!
I like the fact that there were multiple options to differ to fix the problem besides going under the knife. Dr Fowler seems to care about his patients as well

There was no rushing me through the appointment and he genuinely understood what I explained to him relative to my hearing loss and pulsatile tinnitus.
