I’ve been taking my Hondas to Fowler for service for years. My CRV has about 125,000 miles on it and no reason it won’t be able to double that with regular maintenance. Yesterday I stopped in because I was hearing a weird noise. I didn’t have an appointment and they were busy, but they looked at it within an hour. It was a very minor issue and they didn’t charge me anything! This is why I trust Fowler service.
I bought a Honda Pilot Black Edition last year and have had my car in for multiple things ie: oil changes, tire rotations, and warranty work. I have had a couple service advisors but hands down my favorite to work with has been Tait. I greatly appreciate his dedication to making sure you are taken care of and are happy with the outcome of your service. Thanks for taking such good care of my Pilot needs Tait.
If you hold their hands, nag them, and take your car back three times, they'll fix 70% of the problem and cost you a $100 deductible to have competent people do it.
