First and foremost they did not honor the will and estate wishes provided to them. Upon notice of her passing 1,500 miles away from home they proceeded to cremate against her final wishes, didnt allow a day for her children to arrive and get a "goodbye" or even view. then her remains were sent out of state against her wishes as stated in her will.
