I've been a Fowler Fuel customer for about a year. This past mega snowstorm my furnace went out; I learned that for outdoor oil tanks, temps below 20 degrees or so can gel heating oil. Anyway Fowler had their tech out within 90 min with several inches of snow already on ground and getting worse. Problem fixed and prevention recommendations made. VERY RUDE OFFICE STAFF. I WAS HUNG UP ON BECAUSE THEY ASSUMED I WAS SOMEONE ELSE CALLING FOR A DELIVERY AND WAS TOLD "WHEN YOUR READY TO ORDER YOU CAN CALL BACK." AS A LONG TIME PV RESIDENT, I WILL NEVER CALL THEM AGAIN NOR RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE. VERY RUDE.
Absolutely wonderful. Saved us in a pinch and even came back at 9pm at night when we had technical issues. Everyone here is great and we appreciate them so much, especially Stephen (Steven?), who was an absolute lifesaver.
