rating We rent from them going on 3 years now. It takes a long time for them to make repairs. When the downstairs bathroom started leaking into the basement we were not allowed to use it for 3 months until they sent someone to fix it.
Owner I have a place to rent in High Point and have tried to contact them about managing the property. These folks never answer their phones and don't return phone calls. I'm going elsewhere to find someone.
Good, not outstanding We rent a home from Fowler and Fowler. They are nice, but there is nothing outstanding about them. We have only had one issue with our rental home, and they were able to clear it up in a timely manner. There is just nothing about them that stands out to me as "excellent." I would not discourage anyone from renting a home for them, though.
