It’s been 3 years since moving into my house that Barry built. There are many things I love about my home, but there are issues in nearly every room. I’ve had many problems with my home the past 3 years. Some of the issues are normal for new construction, others are due to builder negligence. Barry made one attempt to fix one issue, but when the drywall company did a less than satisfactory job, he refused to have them come back and rectify the issue. Working with Fowler Custom Homes was truly the worst experience of my entire life. My wife and I went with Fowler to build our home, and from the initial meetings everything really seemed great. They brought up their rocky past (Being sued into bankruptcy) and ensured they had changed as a company and were now focused on a quality product. It really genuinely felt that was the case. Poor workmanship on every avenue and they only use the cheapest of options for everything unless you know better and are willing to pay extra for it.
