ook my vehicle in on September 29, 2021 for an engine light and squealing sound as a result of a recent accident. Initially I was told it would be a 1-3 day turn around to diagnose and repair the vehicle. During that time frame, no communication even after reaching out to the service department by phone and text message. RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. They will over promise and underdeliver through the whole process. I bought a car from them and it took three days to get the car ready after I purchased it. The car was NOT cleaned and was covered in dog hair, the change oil light came on with in ten minuets of driving it. Additionally they will offer to buy down your interest rate if you purchase a warranty however will not let you say no to the warranty. Service department has been giving me the run around since 12/26/19 today is 1/6/20 and I still don’t have my car fixed yet. Gave me back the car after two days and it was still broken. Had to take it back been in almost another week. When I call to ask about the progress they say my Service advisor is on the phone and will call me back then never does. I bought a car from them 4 years ago. After the first two years, I began receiving phone calls and emails from them wanting to buy my car back. Due to reasons I won't list here, my car was worth much less than I owed at the time. I explained the situation and told them not to contact me again about my car. I took our vehicle in to service the AC condenser on our 2015 *****. I was told the day before that the issue was covered under a special warranty regardless of mileage(I have the recorded phone call). The next day we drop the vehicle and get a quote via email that stated over $2500 in repairs and a $149 fee for a diagnostic test to tell me I was right about that was wrong with my vehicle(turns out it wasn't even the condenser but the lines instead so it's not clear the service was actually performed). The business development center quoted a repair and policy that was incorrect. The client's vehicle was beyond the policy miles and General Motors denied the claim.
