Over-priced and awful customer service. My order is over a week late, and they're now telling me it might be next week. .. . .maybe. (and they still have to assemble everything). Worse yet, during my call I was told "You should know we can't deliver that fast." I told them I am only quoting what my salesperson told me! I guess they were admitting that we should not believe them in the first place. I would recommend Fowler Brothers Co. to anyone who is looking for great customer service and top quality furniture! Cindy, a designer, helped us with selecting a sofa, rug, and coffee table. She was knowledgeable and took several hours assisting us with style choices, fabric choices, and furniture style selections. She came to the house when everything was delivered to ensure all pieces were properly placed in the living room. We will definitely be going back to Fowler Brothers!!
We’re really happy with our experience at Fowlers. We found the selection to be the best in the Chattanooga area, and the service first class. Raven gave us space to browse the inventory and was always available to answer all our questions. The deliver was convenient and we are really enjoying our patio furniture. Highly recommend!
