We tried the Sylvania restaurant several times, and I REALLY wanted to like it. The ambiance / condition of the eat-in area is sub-par, at best. It is loud; can be crowded, and there is a steady stream of to-go patrons filing in and out. The last time we were there it was hot, sweaty, and there were flies harassing us. The floor was sticky; like the kind of sticky you'd experience in a busy fry kitchen. The food was good, but with the prices and unpleasant eat-in situation, I'm not sure it's worth a trip back.
I had the duck burger. It was the best burger I ever had.
I had lunch there yesterday. I tried the Cali sandwich with chicken...I highly recommend you try it if you're all about Avocado and pineapple like I am! It was amazing! As a side I chose the apple slaw. I almost licked the bowl clean. Yes, it was THAT good! 2 thumbs up! ����
Scott Bowman is truly an artist when it comes to food. That fact that he seeks out local for nearly every aspect of his recipes is nothing short of amazing and everything is practically made from scratch down to the bread for the sandwiches. We need more artisans like this in Toledo!
Tried for the first time last night! Even my 5 and 11 year olds found something on the menu. Found the waitress to be less than helpful but the food was excellent. We are already planning our next visit!
Incredible breakfast. Bacon, sausage, eggs, hash browns, coffee and English muffin were all fresh and delicious. Service was excellent. Can't wait to visit again soon!
