Always great service at Fowers
Jordan was proactive and very communicative while my car was at Fowers. I was completely taken care of and definitely will be returning.
I’m giving 2 stars because the manager I spoke with was professional and decent to deal with. However, the overall experience, I paid for a service I did not receive. I purchased an alignment through Groupon in an effort to save money. The shop required the voucher to be viewed before evaluating the vehicle. After reviewing it, I was told they could not complete the alignment and was charged a $40 alignment check fee. The alignment itself was never performed.
