I recognized a woman in the lobby who stole $300 from me years ago, and was calling the service worker her brother. She was apparently and obviously (to me) on hard drugs at this time, in the buisness lobby, and had her minor child with her. This detail, along with the guy expressing that he is short staffed and insinuating that he doesnt have time for me on multiple occasions, has made me feel very uneasy about returning to the location for pertinent services that my vehicle requires.
