Customer service is great. They have been awesome at communicating with me regarding my vehicle situation and timelines.
We moved to this area 16 years ago. We went to a few mechanics, but they talked down to me and were constantly trying to sell me things that I knew I didn't need (new tires when my tires were barely worn, oil changes when my husband had just done it a month ago, new brake pads when my brakes had been recently changed, etc.).
