We Bought a GE Minisplit from Foust and they did an amazingly efficient job of the installation. They arrived on time and finished very quickly. They answered all my questions and left the job clean, neat and very professionally installed. The unit works great and is already saving money on my utility bill! I would recommend Foust any time!!!
We had foist install a heater air conditioner June of 2024. They never contacted us for any of the required services and when we contacted them for some problems we had it was like pulling teeth to get them back. There was always an excuse. While the work was satisfactory and communication was prompt, I am dissatisfied with Faust’s handling of the pricing for the thermostat installation. After I provided a photo and description of the exact thermostat, they gave a quote. However, once we agreed to have the work done, they realized they quoted the wrong model and increased the price. We purchased a mini split unit from Foust heating and air. They did an excellent installation very professional and we’re very happy with the product. I’d recommend them and these products to anybody that needs a great HVAC system. Thank you very much Matt.
We built 2 new homes with Foust; brand new efficient heat pump systems. Matt and his team worked with us through all stages of construction, even assisted with T-24 compliance ensuring the highest quality installation and passing final inspection. Then came back and worked with us to address warranty items. Reputable company and highly recommended!
