I have been here 3 years and watched this building with potential be run into the ground and merge into the typical rental of pg. At first the 60 a month parking was great, paladin was here during the night regularly. For some reason that stopped? Gas is being stolen. Vehicle windows are being strategically pulled down so the intruder can gain access and raid. The floor staff is great. The office needs a new fresh minded manager. Amazing manager, Lisa Gardiner super professional and amazing to deal with me and my wife both love living here and the staff are the best!!!!!!!
Says its disability friendly but there is no public transport in sight. Terrible sound proofing. I wake up every morning to the sound of neighbours upstairs stomping around. The walls are painted horribly. And the elevator is ALWAYS breaking down.
Great on site staff, have seen quite a bit of improvement in last few months. Just wish had better neighbors that respected their homes and grounds.
Really appreciated the property manager being so helpful and informative!! Super friendly too
