I just want to say that renting here was a good experience for me. I moved from Ontario for work in 2025. I love that the building is oriented with dog owners in mind, and that there are mini-garden beds for people to use during the summer. Any time I had a concern, the property managers dealt with things promptly and professionally.

Overall, my experience here was good, but the final accounting process showed a serious lack of communication and accountability. On May 5th, I emailed management my new void cheque to update my banking info and received an email confirming it was done. However, in June, they tried to pull rent from my old account, resulting in a "bounced cheque" notice. I had plenty of funds in my new account—they simply never updated my info on the portal. My experience with this building has been very disappointing. The parking situation is poorly managed. Even though you pay for a designated spot, other cars often park in it and no action is taken. There is also no security at night. The building has an unpleasant smell, especially in the stairwells, which indicates a lack of proper cleaning and maintenance. Great experience with the move-in process. I found the management team to be very responsive and approachable. The apartments and the surrounding property are well cared for with plenty of maintenance and cleaning staff. These apartment buildings might be the most pet friendly/pet accommodating that can be found around PG. Each building has its own dog wash for the tenants to use, and the bigger buildings each have a dog run for your pets to play in.
