Steven was very helpful on answering our questions regarding on renting a condo. He showed some unit and the area. We are looking forward on staying to that beautiful condo and also it is very close to where I work and will make easier for me in the winter time to walk. The location of the building is very central and convenient to other locations like Grocery store, fitness gym, mall, any other outdoor activities. I had such a positive experience here. The property is well maintained and the staff are friendly and helpful. Special shout out to Bree for being so accommodating, and to the cheerful maintenance guy (wavy black hair) who is always so pleasant to chat with. I would definitely rent from this company again. Thank you!

I just want to say that renting here was a good experience for me. I moved from Ontario for work in 2025. I love that the building is oriented with dog owners in mind, and that there are mini-garden beds for people to use during the summer. Any time I had a concern, the property managers dealt with things promptly and professionally.

Overall, my experience here was good, but the final accounting process showed a serious lack of communication and accountability. On May 5th, I emailed management my new void cheque to update my banking info and received an email confirming it was done. However, in June, they tried to pull rent from my old account, resulting in a "bounced cheque" notice. I had plenty of funds in my new account—they simply never updated my info on the portal.
