Reached out to this company last week for event lighting services. Lavina responded within 5 minutes initially and stopped responding when I say I have a stylist onboard already. I've been chasing up since to find out if they provide this service at all. As a customer, I have no idea what 'full event management' means, it could be you look after everything and anything...
