I lived at Fourth Creek Landing Apartments for almost 2 years. The surrounding of the apartments is beautiful, rent is cost effective and close to most of the grocery and fast food / restaurant chains. It's a safe community with friendly neighbors. Highly recommend for anyone moving to Statesville area.
I lived here for almost 3 years and it was a wonderful place to live! The property Manager is the best and if I didn’t have to move out of state for work, I’d still be living here. Pet friendly, good price, professional service, nice pool, lots of kids and families.
I am very concerned about the mental state of the apartment manager. She’s very rude screaming at me because i asked her to put better signs for guests to find apartment numbers. It is very difficult to find with gps and the numbers on the doors are very small. I was with my 6 year old son and this lady told me not to get smart with her. I guess it’s getting smart with her if I ask her to do something about it. She was driving fast and screaming at me.
