I lived in Fourth Creek for two wonderful years. Leigh Anne and the other staff in the office were always very helpful and answered questions right away. Maintenance was quick to fix things, and just really nice guys. I would say hi to them every day while getting mail. The apartment had just gotten new appliances before we moved in. I lived at Fourth Creek Landing Apartments for almost 2 years. The surrounding of the apartments is beautiful, rent is cost effective and close to most of the grocery and fast food / restaurant chains. It's a safe community with friendly neighbors. Highly recommend for anyone moving to Statesville area.

I lived here for almost 3 years and it was a wonderful place to live! The property Manager is the best and if I didn’t have to move out of state for work, I’d still be living here. Pet friendly, good price, professional service, nice pool, lots of kids and families.

I am very concerned about the mental state of the apartment manager. She’s very rude screaming at me because i asked her to put better signs for guests to find apartment numbers. It is very difficult to find with gps and the numbers on the doors are very small. I was with my 6 year old son and this lady told me not to get smart with her. I guess it’s getting smart with her if I ask her to do something about it. She was driving fast and screaming at me.
