Dr McQueen went out of his way to make sure I had the pain relief I needed, staying late to wait for me to get there in the snow and coming in early to add me on when he was already over booked. He explained things thoroughly and uses handouts to help me remember, which I love! His procedure on me in the ASC was efficient and efficacious. A great experience.
