I went to Dr. Nishan to have my wisdom tooth extracted. During the extraction, the root broke off and was left inside. I was told by the doctor that it was “normal” and that it was okay to leave the root there. The next morning, I woke up with numbness in my jaw, lower lip, and chin. I got my Invisalign here, they did not keep track of my trays or anything. My teeth were not complicated and shouldn’t have taken over a year, but they dragged it on for 5, yet I’m still not happy with my teeth. My brother also went to them he’s not happy either. I had to call them to get an update because they would go 6 months no contact, ridiculous. It’s been a year since I last came to them and they started texting me for hygiene cleaning, where was this urgency when I was on my Invisaligns? DONT COME HERE!!!!
I would give 4th Avenue Dental Clinic 5 stars! The staff are always incredible, professional, and caring. Every experience I've had there has been excellent, and they consistently make me feel safe, comfortable, and well looked after.
