Love my experience with Dr Siddiqui and staff.
I’m updating my review after many years as a patient here. Unfortunately, I have asked them to cancel all upcoming cleanings etc I have with them. I trust and will miss my dentist but, unfortunately, over time the front desk staff has become increasingly mean and impatient. Especially in the mornings, if I have to call to book an appointment before work etc. and I don’t believe dread or anxiety is something one should feel before calling an office that is supposed to be helping you take care of your health. I had a filling done here, but unfortunately, it was not successful. Since then, I have been in constant pain and often need to rely on painkillers. The tooth that was filled has become very sensitive, and it has seriously impacted my daily life. This has been a very disappointing experience.
Just visited dental office and had a wonderful experience. From the reception staff to the assistant and the dentist, everyone was incredibly kind and attentive. I had to make a last-minute appointment due to severe pain, but they were so accommodating and helped me get seen a little sooner. I'm really grateful for their care :)
Have been coming here for years originally seeing Dr Ponikvar. The staff is so pleasant and professional.
