Given a dry cleaning with no water at all no flossing either was charged for a full cleaning. Terrible hygienist. Terrible.
Got a wonderful hygienist and Dentist. The only problem i have had with the reception. I asked them prior the treatment to check if the entire bill go through the insurance, they said yes and later after completing the xrays and cleaning i have given the bill of 266 dollars being not covered half of the portion as its not been 2 years for the insurance. The purpose of asking to check the insurance prior to getting my treatment was to be sure if am covered. I dont like to be rushed. Now Unnecessary financial burden on my head... read more
My experience was amazing! From getting an appt, to getting treated was actually an enjoyable experience. Really!!! And pain free!!! Made me feel so comfortable and cared for ♥️ Staff and Dr Bambara couldn't of made it any better!! Recommend 1000%
I had a rough dental extraction yesterday, and was racked with anxiety and panic. Dr.Binner and his assistant were beyond amazing, very calm, reassuring, patient. They answered all my questions, even the silly ones, and got me through the appointment quickly and easily. Thank you!
Charged me 50.00 because my LO (4 years old) was vomiting.... I called to reschedule at 2 am and once the office was open they said I have to give 2 days notice...when i asked if they wanted me to bring my vomiting child in..I was told no... so....I'm confused on how I would know my LO would magically get sick.... when they were fine 2 days before hand... ALSO told me all doctors offices do this... ( I worked for a doctor and grew up with family in the medical field) there are ALWAYS ALWAYS acceptions especially when it come... read more
