Horrible. They're rude to customers not respectful and just horrible business owners. The girl in the store is very judgmental and mean, (I overheard her once talking bad about a customer to another employee saying that she was too fat to wear a dress). They're never open when they say they will be, multiple times I've had to wait outside the store when they were supposed to be open and they never showed up. Not impressed by this business.

We purchased a prom dress for senior prom for our daughter here. A clasp needed to be fixed so we Payed for the dress in full and left it with them to be fixed. They called us when the dress was ready for pick up on Thursday. Monday when my daughter went in to pick up her dress that was paid for was gone. They told my daughter they sold it. They argued with her & Refused to refund money although it was a mistake on their part. They offered her store credit & had no dresses in store her size and didn't expect to get any in be... read more

NO... That's all I have words for is NO! Won't see me and my friends going back there ever again! Dress ripped as soon as I got home, woman was rude about return. Same dress online cost half the price. What a waste of money!

Don't plan on going back, most the items don't have any price tags, and when I ask the price I feel like she just tosses some high number on the items, items which I know if I searched online on lulu or Milanoo or some website like that I could find for one eighth the price she's selling this cr*p for! This is the second time I've been there, and fourth time I've gone to find the doors locked during their "open" hours. I LOVE THEM! Who knew you could find cute clothes and amazing prices in AK. Saw a cute shirt at a near by store by the mall; came here and found the same one $40 less. Coming back until I move from AK & even then I might come back just to shop for them.
