Looks can be deceiving The landlords don't keep the place up as they should. The beautiful plantering is kept up my the tenants. They don't like to replace anything. But good at replacing old with old or rigging it up to work. The tenants are good people. The landlords are bad at communicating important information with tenants.
Love it! This complex should be named Garden Villas instead of Fourteenth Street Villas because of the beautiful plantings around every corner. The owners are doing an excellent job keeping up the buildings as well as the grounds and carefully select tenants who do the same. The residents are so friendly, I met more neighbors my first week here than I had in an entire year at the condo where I previously resided. This place feels like home; I may never want to move again!
