My partner and I walked into Fourtané on a whim while on vacation in Carmel. Chris spent time with us in detail across brands to learn our preferences and guide us without any pressure. He did a wonderful job educating us on both the timepieces and the process and, most importantly, was able to allocate us a dream watch! We look forward to working with Chris and Fourtané for all of our future watch purchases.
Shopping here was a great experience. There was no pressure and the associates were all super friendly and helpful. We visited several times during our stay in Carmel as we were making up our minds and every visit was great. Once we decided, the purchase experience was incredible. Granted we spent some decent money, but we were treated better than any car or home purchase. Mia is an absolute Rockstar, be sure to look her up.
Thanks to Audrey and Milena for getting my wife her Datejust and delivering it with such warmth and hospitality! From the day we put in the request to the day we received the watch, we felt the wonderful hospitality from the staff . The explanations from Milena during delivery, technical and practical, was to the point but very sincere. Truly enjoyed the experience, and will definitely recommend Fourtane, and of course Audrey and Milena!

It is always a pleasure to visit Fourtanè and experience the excitement of selecting your watch/piece, ordering it or picking it up. José, the manager, was so kind, helpful, professional, and welcoming and so was Milena. We cannot recommend the store enough if you are looking a unique, warm, purchasing experience.
