Probably one of the most pathetic builders we have ever dealt with. Nothing but empty promises
Unfortunately, I cannot recommend Foursquare at all. We bought a property off the plan at the Graham and Princes project. The number of delays, false promises, and defects took well over 6-12 months to rectify. This included legal action. The quality of workmanship is very sub-par. 5 years later, we are still dealing with water leaks, squeaking floors, etc. Response to owners and our property manager are non-existent. Fantastic building team and very organised team. Been in the building industry for over 38 years and haven't seen an organised bunch of people like them.
