You guys allow people to harass and bully POC. That’s unacceptable
Everyone moves out the very next year. No one wants to really live here, and is forced to stay the full term because you have to pay the remaining amount of rent for your lease to leave. The prejudice office mangers are a joke.

My experience with 1 property was awful. It was a great location but the manager downright lies and over charges
I stayed at Steeplechase Apartments in Kansas City, MO. This is by far the worst experience I have had while renting. To begin with, they told me I signed an 18 month lease when I know for a fact that I signed a 12 month lease and they asked me multiple times to sign a 12 month lease and I told them no because I didn't even plan on staying for the whole 12 month lease.
