I've lived here for at least 4 years now and everything is perfect for me! If I have a problem, maintenence is there to fix it right away! I'm super pleased and it's quiet... Not to mention the park that's dog friendly right behind me!
I'm not sure how this guy has a positive BBB rating unless it's from a thousand years ago and maybe he was a better man then. Now he's a complete jerk, so rude and mean that his tenants are AFRAID to interact with him. They let things fall into disrepair rather than deal with him, or pay for repairs to a professional. That's probably how he likes it. He's like the grim reaper.
