We hired Fourlane to help us convert 2 QuickBooks Pro files to Enterprise. We were very disappointed with their inability to provide clear communication. The gave us multiple project plans that conflicted in timeline and cost, then they charged us for the time it took them to clarify their plans with us. I would never recommend this company under any circumstances.Â
Fourlane has gone above and beyond to meet our accounting needs. Quickbooks can be overwhelming. I was grateful for the time they took to help me navigate through it. They have consistently been a positive force for our company. They are patient, easy to work with, explains things in a way that are easily understood, and they are always timely in their response and work turnaround time. I could not recommend them more.Â
Fourlane was a big disappointment. We used them for file conversion and like the email below, all balances were inaccurate. We have had to hire an outside QB expert to try and get our books back being accurate. Would not recommend. Unfortunately I researched reviews after we started having problems with them. Should have done my research before we hired them as they have many bad reviews.Â

Fourlane's created a BIG mess with our Quick Books. They think their way of accounting is the only way. We have had the same CPA for 30 years. Almost all of their beginning balances are wrong. Their password they stated they entered is not correct. After they get their money, they are done. Can't even get an reply from an email. I would never refer this company to anyone. Quick Books should stop referring them. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.Â
