Really good food and generous portions! I tried the blackened salmon with the Cajun spinach dip loaded baked potato, mac and cheese, and Brussels sprouts. The salmon was well seasoned and flavorful, and that loaded potato was definitely the standout (creamy, cheesy, and packed with flavor). The mac and cheese was rich and comforting, and the Brussels sprouts were cooked nicely and had a good savory flavor. Everything tasted fresh and filling, and you definitely get a lot of food. I’d order from Fourk’d Eatery again!
