Stopped by Pioneer Plaza after moving to the area and noticed Four20, so I figured I’d give it a try. By the time I dug myself out and made it over yesterday, I was just grateful they were open because the weather sucked and the roads were brutal. I usually hit a spot in Waterloo, but this place honestly surprised me. It was super chill, the store’s easy to navigate, and I was in and out way faster than I expected. Since the change of management at this location it has gone nothing but DOWN HILL… I live literally a 10 minute walk from the store and have been going here now for two years. Since this new management has taken over the vibe of the store has gone way off and wonky, being a stoner and going to buy your weed, every stoner knows that the VIBE means EVERYTHING. Especially when this is one of the more expensive dispensaries around, I choose to continue to shop there because it’s close and the customer service USED to be AMAZING.... read more
Hi , been going to this store for atleast four years , three times per week , never had any problems , lately I made the decision not to go there anymore . The staff are very professional , very welcoming and friendly , execpt for Mandy , she is very rude and hostile to me , she did not ask me for ID , so I asked her if I didnt need to show my ID anymore , she just went off on me , as if I should be lucky she didnt , she was just angry for no reason I just asked a simple question , because all the other employees ask for ID ... read more
